Our Ward includes the suburbs of Greenacres, Hampstead Gardens, Hillcrest, Lightsview, Northgate, Northfield, Oakden, and parts of Valley View and Walkley Heights.

This council election, you made sure to vote for locals! We understand our own issues best, and we have now secured another term of strong, local representation on council.

My name's Lazaras and I am a lifelong local committed to the needs of our community.

As a local, I know our issues because I live with them every day just like you. We know our own issues best.

I am personally invested in solving our bin collection issues. I am personally invested in fighting to make sure our infrastructure, roads, and public transport work best for us.

I know my vision of a multigenerational, local Northfield Ward councillor team is what is best fighting to make sure our local voices and interests are heard and respected on council.

I ran for election on my values of fairness, equality, and inclusion because our interests are best protected when all our voices are heard. I now have the privilege of delivering on this vision thanks to our community’s support.

I know my vision for our local area is worth fighting for and I am excited by the opportunities we now have in this term.
